Carrot soup with lentils

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 400g carrots
  • 80g coral lentils
  • 1l to 1,2l of stock
  • Salt - pepper

Directions

  • Cook the carrots and lentils until smooth in the stock (about 15 minutes)
  • Mix the whole until very thin
  • Season to taste and adapt the texture if needed (add some stock if the soup is too thick or add Dutch rusks if the soup is too fluid)
